Ryan Anderson founded Mold Heroes in the spring of 2024, driven by a commitment to delivering an honest, reliable mold remediation service in North Georgia. The company strictly adheres to the IICRC S520 guidelines, ensuring safe and thorough mold removal for both residential and commercial properties. At Mold Heroes, the focus is clear: a healthy home begins with clean, healthy air.
Ryan and his wife Lisa previously launched Yes Pet Friendly Carpet Cleaning Services, LLC (YesCarpetClean.com) in July 2017, based in the Cumming/Sugar Hill area of Georgia. This business has grown into one of the highest-rated carpet cleaning companies in North Georgia, earning over 300 five-star reviews thanks to its dedication to quality, transparency, pet-safe products, and exceptional customer service.

Continuing their entrepreneurial journey, by 2026 Ryan and Lisa Anderson have become co-founders of Crawlspace Inc. (www.CrawlspaceInc.com), providing affordable, honest, and high-quality solutions for all your crawlspace needs—from encapsulation and moisture control to repairs and more.
Through these ventures, the Andersons have built a trusted family of home service companies dedicated to improving indoor environments across North Georgia—one clean, healthy space at a time.
